Tuition & Financial Assistance

We Partner With Every Family

At Yeshiva University High Schools, we understand that selecting a yeshiva high school is a significant financial commitment for families. We are dedicated to partnering with you throughout this process, offering resources and support to help make a Central education accessible.

We provide both need-based and merit-based financial aid to assist families in managing tuition costs. Need-based awards are determined through a confidential financial aid application process that assesses each family’s demonstrated need. Merit-based academic scholarships are available for incoming 9th-grade students who meet specific criteria and apply accordingly. These scholarships, when awarded, are renewable throughout the student’s high school career.

Financial aid is reviewed annually, and families must submit a new application each year to be considered.

For questions about the application process or financial assistance, please contact our Business Office at businessoffice@yuhsg.org or 646-592-6108. You may also reach out to the Admissions Office for more details about scholarship opportunities.

Tuition Assistance

To fairly and objectively evaluate a family’s ability to contribute to their child’s education expenses, Yeshiva University High Schools partner with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, an independent third-party service trusted by many leading schools nationwide.

Families of incoming freshmen seeking financial aid must complete an online application and submit all required documentation to FACTS by February 22, 2026. Applications submitted after this deadline will be reviewed alongside returning student applications in May and June. Returning students should submit their financial aid applications by May 10, 2026.

We encourage families to apply as early as possible, as earlier submissions increase the likelihood that funds will be available.

FACTS Grant & Aid – What to Expect

Financial assistance at Central is awarded based on a set of clear guidelines designed to ensure fairness and transparency. Merit Scholarships are granted by the Principal to academically outstanding students entering 9th grade. These scholarships remain in effect as long as recipients maintain the high standards of achievement expected.

Legacy Scholarships are available only to families who applied for them on the admissions application. Because funds are limited and allocated based on the initial applicant pool, families cannot request Legacy Scholarships after acceptances are finalized.

Please note that scholarships will expire if a family has not enrolled in a payment plan by July.

High School Grants are awarded to both incoming and continuing students who demonstrate financial need through the Parent Financial Statement and FACTS application. Award notifications are sent directly to families over the summer.

Families must complete the financial aid process each year to be considered for assistance. Grant amounts may vary annually based on fund availability and updated financial information.

If you have any questions or special circumstances you would like to discuss, please contact the Business Office at businessoffice@yuhsg.org or call 646-592-6108. We are here to assist you every step of the way.
